Step1:
First open up adobe and make your width and height 800 by 800. After you finish, click on “view” and select “view actual pixels.”
Step2:
Make your background color #dddcdc before you start.
Now, select the “rectangular tool” and make a rectangle any size you want. Make sure that the rectangle is appropriate for the amount of content you will put in there. You should pick #FFFFFF for the color of the content box.

Step3:
Next, hold down ctrl and click with your mouse on the layer image to select the image. To be more specific, you should click the gray and white checkered part of the layer while holding ctrl.

After that is finished, select the "rectangular tool" again and make another layer .

On the new layer make a rectangle that covers the top portion of the previous rectangle. You should pick #63ad00 for the color.

Step4:
Make a new layer and select your "rectangular tool." Make a long rectangle that runs at the bottom of the green rectangle.You should pick#e5e5e5 as the color. It should look like this.

Step5:
Now, move back to the layer that has the green rectangle. When you are there click on "blending options."
You can get to the blending options by clicking on "layer" then moving down to "layer style" and finally "blending options."

You can also simply right click on the blue part of your layer and go to "blending options."

Step6:
when you are in the "blending options" click on "gradient overlay." Set your settings so that they match the picture. The colors are #63ad00 on the left side and #97c81f on the right side.

Step7:
After you exit "blending options" click on the "free transform tool" .

Click the little chain link to maintain the aspect ratio. After you do that, change the width to 99.0%. Move the green rectangle so that is looks like this..
Step8: Now make little squared. You can do this by holding shift while using the "rectangular tool." The color you should pick is #b4d747.

Step9: Duplicate the layers with the dots.
You can find it by clicking on on the blue part of the layer and going to "duplicate layer."

Step10:
when you finish duplicating the layer, go to "blending options" and move to "color overlay" and apply this color #6d9109.

Step11:
Now move back to the layer with the lighter color squares and move it over, so it looks like this.

Step12:
Select the top layer, in my case it's layer 8. Then hold shift and click on the first layer, not including the background and in my case layer one.


when the layers are selected press ctrl&E, this will blend all the layers together.
Step 13:
Now go to blending options and apply a stroke of one pixel with #279a04 as your color.

Now add some text at the top and you are finish.
